At 43, I have been perimenopausal for the last 2 years. For the last year, I have been on bioidentical hormones. I purchased mine around 8 months ago now. Like everything you read online, it is hard to know if it’s true or not, but after feeling like I was no longer my youthful self (down there particularly) I decided “what harm could it do to try?
